An "amusement park for the eyes" is the best way to describe Sparrow5.  One customer from New York City said, "This is what Soho once was." Indeed, creators M. and Taylor envisioned an off-the-beaten-path, destination space where artists would gather and create. In 2013, they opened the doors of Sparrow5 in Old Town Roseville on Vernon Street and have been charming local and international visitors ever since. The store currently showcases more than 75 Northern California artists whose work includes furniture, repurposed musical instruments, art and garden accessories made from recycled woods, metals, rocks, sea glass, and just about anything you can imagine.

Sparrow5 offers unique gifts, vintage items, artwork and collectibles. M. and Taylor also fulfill custom, one-of-a-kind special orders.

In addition to the quirky store inventory, Sparrow5 offers much more. As a commercial and residential interior designer with more than 30 years of experience, M. provides her design services to Sparrow5 customers. She has done installations fom Monterey to Manhattan. Along with her design services, M. also teaches weekly art classes within studio: Paint your Pet, Mixed Media, Art Journaling Techniques, Canvas Painting to name a few. M.'s artwork has sold in exclusive galleries within the Napa Valley and is offered for purchase in the store.
